Vusa Bentley is an expert in fitness and nutrition with a multidisciplinary and holistic approach.

She is certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist by the National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Vusa incorporates mental and emotional resilience training protocol into her FitNut program. Vusa acquired extensive mental and emotional resiliency skills in her forearm planking journey-pilgrimage in an attempt to break the current World Record.

Her fitness training stems from the Navy-Seal Stew Smith Protocol in preparation for and the successful execution of the Federal PFT test requirements.

Her mission is to be conduit of transformation so that her clients can be one with their higher self by leading a nutritionally healthy and physically fit lifestyle.

Vusa is the proud mom of two boys who she loves to engage and inspire into a FitNut lifestyle. On occasion, she too gives in to allowing the boys eat their favorite comfort foods and be lazy on a couch.

She continues to be her highest and best self and honor the memory of her dog and best friend, Leo!

“Training with Vusa has changed my life for the better. Since working with her, I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and physique, but more importantly, my self-confidence has improved like never before. What makes her training successful is the holistic approach she takes. She not only works on your strength, conditioning, flexibility, and mobility, but she also incorporates diet and spirituality into her training program. She knows my body better than I do and takes a very individualized approach when prescribing a training regimen. As a physician, it is important for me to understand the science behind the training; Vusa is so well-versed in how the body functions down to the level of cellular function and biochemistry. She really helps you understand why diet plays a vital role in everyday functionality and energy. I have recommended her to my family and continue to be impressed with each training session.”
